Entry Level Sales & Marketing Representative

75 % of your time you will be:

Managing sales, establishing new customer accounts and contracts

Working with new and existing customers about service promotions

Maintaining strong knowledge of all products, pricing, and competitive offers

25 % of your time you will be:

Hands on marketing and sales training

Personal development

One on one coaching with management


Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Entry Level Sales & Marketing Representative

his is the ground floor of our business where training into management begins. The initial phase of the business consists of development in the areas of direct marketing, face-to-face sales, client relations, territory and time management and problem-solving techniques.  The purpose of beginning entry level is to learn in detail the product we represent, how to market it to our consumers and most importantly how to drive sales for our clients.

Consulting Manager

After our team member completes the Account Manager phase, they begin more leadership responsibilities in our office. In this position, our Management Trainee will assist in overseeing the growth and development of a sales team of 2- 5 people while continuing to develop their sales and marketing skills.Team management responsiblities, training and developing others, national networking and training opportunities. Client reporting

Junior Partner

In this third phase, team members will learn the operational aspects of running a successful marketing and sales firm. We will train in human resources, recruitment, public relations, advertising, payroll, and bookkeeping. This position works closely with the administration team to learn what keeps the office running from 9-5!

Managing Partner

A manager now oversees a branch location on behalf of our Fortune 500 clients in markets across the United States. Our Managing Partner will continue to develop their people skills and managerial responsibilities long after they have successfully completed their training in our Flowood and Ocean Springs locations. This constant development and growth allow them to move into a position where our client would ask them to oversee multiple offices and marketing campaigns in the future.
