Customer Service & Sales Rep

HQ: Bentonville - Daily Commute Required

Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Representative Job Duties:

  • Services accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential customers.
  • Uses systematic content of sales presentations to each customer.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of experienced consultants.
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0-6 years relevant experience in a leadership role, sales, marketing, and / or customer service (restaurant, retail, and / or hospitality)

Team Lead (Retail Experience a Plus!)

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree or 0-5 years relevant work experience in a leadership role
  • Sales, customer service (retail, restaurant, & hospitality -- this is not a call center environment), marketing, business, and / or communications background
  • Internship experience in sales, marketing and account management.
  • Interest in developing customer partnerships.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize sales activity.
  • Customer Service / Retail / Hospitality and/or Restaurant experience is a plus

Account Management Lead (Sales/Marketing/Management/Training)

The Chief Consulting team is looking for an upbeat and motivated Account Management Lead who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.

You will be responsible for developing relationships within your assigned territory, connecting with key decision makers. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Account Management Lead Responsibilities:

  • Execute day to day sales, marketing, and campaign management
  • Excel in our management training program working from Entry Level to Senior Management
  • Manage the implementation and delivery of a key client’s activity, maximizing performance, return on investment, and identifying opportunity to expand
  • Own all problem solving, troubleshooting, client campaign requests, media planning and key implementations
  • Build client relationships through service excellence and balance their campaign needs with your proactive approach
  • Get your hands dirty with team building, growth, and expansion efforts

    Minimum qualifications:

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
